He dines at the best restaurants and stays at the most luxurious hotels as he makes his way around the globe. So why does he suddenly find himself so restless?

She has a six-year-old son, Elliott, a cozy house in Boulder, Colorado, and a photography business to put food on the table. Her ex lives hours away in Florida, providing enough space for him to feed his drug addiction without exposing Elliott to his father's illness. Megan is on her own and she intends to keep it that way.
Megan is convinced by her best friend to take a trip to Paris for a few days. Little does she know she is about to be thrust into the arms of Luc Chevalier, the sexiest man to ever set foot on the Eiffel Tower. They agree to one night together and no more. In those few short hours he manages to draw out the passionate woman that Megan has carefully hidden way for years. Once she has a taste of what she's been missing, she finds it almost impossible to go back to her life as it was.
Will two people who don't believe in happily-ever-after manage to put aside their doubts and find their forever? Join Luc as he discovers that everything he never wanted is the only thing he will ever need.

Ultimate Fear

About the Book

When a deranged mother's grief drives her to replace her dead son over and over, obsession leads to murder...

Chicago detective Jessica Donavan will never stop looking for her missing daughter. Her obsession has destroyed her marriage, but the search is the only thing that helps keep her sane and her mind off of everything she’s lost—her husband and her baby girl. When she uncovers a string of unsolved disappearances and reappearances of a number of baby boys, Jessica turns to her soon to be ex, Dante Russo, a former Navy SEAL turned investigator for the private agency, CORE, to help her fit together the pieces in this perplexing puzzle. But as Dante helps her, she realizes just how much she still craves his support—and his touch.

Dante is still in love with his wife and would do anything to have her back in his life again. He’s been miserable since she left him to deal with the grief over their daughter’s abduction, never understanding how much he grieves as well. When Jessica tells him about the case she’s working, he jumps at the chance to take part in her investigation. He's hoping not only to save their marriage and ease his personal pain over the loss of their daughter, but to stop a serial kidnapper from taking another victim.

As Jessica and Dante work side by side, pregnant women begin to turn up missing or dead, and they start to uncover the consequences of another woman's unfathomable grief. The childless mother doesn’t just want a baby. She wants a newborn straight from the womb.

And when forced to confront the dark and twisted perversion of a mother's obsession, can Jessica and Dante find their lives again…or merely more death?

Excerpt (Villain’s POV)
Wayne looked over to Mr. Independent. The child had spaghetti sauce all over his face and a couple small pieces of noodles on his cheek. The boy grinned. “Daddy eat ‘pasgetti, too.”
His stomach turned and he lost interest in his meal. He’d come to love this one more than the others, and had foolishly hoped Dimples would change her mind about him. As much as he loved babies, too, he’d also have loved to watch his boy grow up, teach him how to throw a ball, ride a bike, about girls, how to shave. His stomach too nauseous to eat, he pushed the plate of spaghetti aside.
“Now, hon, you knew this day would come. It always does.” Dimples looked to the boy she’d raised for two years and gave him a smile. “Elton, tell your daddy you’re ready to go.”
“We go bye-bye,” the boy said, picking up a handful of spaghetti. “We go park and play.”

“No park,” she said, and used her napkin to wipe sauce off his nose. “It’s late and the park is closed. But heaven is always open to God’s children.”

About the Author

Kristine Mason didn’t pick up her first romance novel until she was in her late twenties. Immediately hooked, she read a bazillion books before deciding to write one of her own. After the birth of her first son she needed something to keep her mind from turning to mush, and Sesame Street wasn’t cutting it. While that first book will never see the light of day, something good came from writing it. She realized her passion and found a career she loves.

When she’s not writing contemporary romances and dark, romantic suspense novels (or reading them!) she’s chasing after her four kids and two neurotic dogs.

5 STARS
Follow Rosie as she helps Ray on his journey to find happiness within himself. This story contains a great message and has beautiful illustrations to go along with the story.
I'm a home school mom and a librarian, in my opinion this book is a gateway to discussions about being different, accepting others and yourself, and loving who you are. I for one would not want to live in a world where there were no Rosie's.
I would highly recommend reading this story with your children.

Author Bio
Personal Biography of Kathy Vassilakis
Kathy Vassilakis used to work in the corporate world. She majored in accounting from Brooklyn College and followed her dream to work in corporate accounting for 15 years until she became a mom.
Being a mom was her dream all along and she left accounting to raise her beautiful daughter Sophia. She’s been writing stories for her daughter for quiet some time and decided to write her first children’s book of many to come I Woof You From The Bottom Of My Heart.
The idea to write this book came from my daughter and my dog. This book was written to show children how special a bond and friendship they can have with their dog. Dog's are wonderful pets and love us unconditionally. They will protect and love us no matter what. Children deserve to learn that at a very young age and grow to love all animals. Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character.

Growing Up
I grew up in Brooklyn NY. I was the second child out of two. I have one sister named Joanne and always had animals. We had many dogs throughout my childhood from Pomeranians to Chows. I also had ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies and many more animals. I was and still am a huge animal lover.
My love of books started when my mother used to read wonderful stories to my sister and me every night. She always tried to teach us both languages Greek and English. My parents were born and raised in Greece so Greek was their first language. Most of the stories she read to us were in Greek but that started my love for reading and writing. I learned both languages and am now fluent in writing and reading Greek which I am very proud of.
Family
I've been married now for five years and have one beautiful daughter. My daughter Sophia is 17 months old and she is my whole world. I also have a Japanese Chin named Bella. My husband, Greg, has always supported and believed in me, and my family will always be my inspiration.

Creating I Woof You From The Bottom Of My Heart
I have spent twenty years writing stories and brainstorming ideas for children’s books with my family. I came up with the characters Sophia and Bella after my own family. I was inspired by my daughter and the relationship she has with Bella and created I Woof You From The Bottom Of My Heart to teach children ho special a bond they can have with their dogs.
Compassion for animals is greatly connected to goodness of character this is the motto of the book. All animals deserve to be loved, respected, and treated right.
After a lot of hard work and many sleepless nights, I was finally able to publish my first book: I Woof You From The Bottom Of My Heart. To me, finally seeing my book in print and being able to share it with the public has made all the late nights and long hours worthwhile.

EXCERPT
“What’s wrong, moving to the city take all the country outta ya? You forget how to get dirty, princess?”
I glared up over the side of the gate next to me and Reed’s face held nothing but amusement. This of course only made the anger boil within my chest. This man seemed to have the capability of pissing me off like no other. I think he knew he held that power as well, he tends to use it often.
Placing my hand on my hip, I narrowed my eyes just a little more. “Don’t you dare call me Princess, I’m not some prissy girl and you know it. What is it with you trying to piss me off all the time? I thought you wanted to be friends?”
He leaned against the gate and reached out in my direction. Gently, he pulled a piece of straw from my hair and let it drop to the ground. He never spoke a word as his thumb swept over my jaw. The feel of is touch against my skin, had my eyes fluttering closed. I didn’t want to enjoy his attention but it was inevitable.
Our eyes met as he pulled his hand back and he grinned. “I think the question you need to be asking yourself is why I get under your skin so bad? I don’t think anything I do or don’t do is the problem. I think it’s the feelings that they cause in you. Those feelings you can’t seem to control, but you’re fighting so hard to hide.”
He pushed off from the fence and walked off to the barn entrance. Leaving me standing there watching his fine ass walk away.
I gritted my teeth and groaned out in frustration. Stomping my feet like one of my students, I kicked at the dirt and shook my hands dry. I needed to get out of here … like now. I spun around and stormed off toward the house. That man irritated me, he drove me insane.
He was wrong, so wrong. I knew what I was feeling and it was plain old aggravation. Nothing more than a man that made my blood boil. Dumb ass cowboy thought he knew me. He don’t know me, not anymore.

Blake:
I am a brother
I am a police detective I am a contract killer I don’t want to love I don’t want to feel I don’t want                                                                                                                             … EMPATHY.
They say some people are born with decreased activity in the front central lobe causing them a deficiency in empathy. Maybe that’s true about me but whether I was born this way or created in a moment of evil, empathy was something I didn’t possess until her green eyes met mine in the mirror and I couldn’t take her life.
I didn’t want to feel, didn’t want this woman in my life complicating how I lived but she was there at every turn. Sent to haunt me for my sins. Her light so bright she provoked a shadow from everyone she touched. When a job turns bad quickly altering my life forever I’m forced to feel. When nothing is making sense I’m forced to face truths I never would recover from. When life drowns you in its cruelty you don’t know which way the current will drag you or who you’ll become once you re-surface.
Melody:
I was a daughter
I was a student I was a victim Did I have his love? Did I make him feel? Did I have his empathy? When the actions of a soulless killer forces sorrow into my veins I never dreamed the man healing my wounds would be the one to leave the worst scar. His love would scar my soul. Scars are permanent; I will never feel the relief from them. Will I learn to live with them, remember why I have them and learn never to let him close enough to inflict more? Will I eventually cover them… like tattoos coating them with new memories, new love and new starts? I didn’t know these answers because the pain was too suffocating, the only thing I knew was they will always be under the surface lingering. He had scars too, from his sins. There is nothing that can cover them, they were too deep, too ugly, too dark and they marked us both forever.

I have always had a passion for storytelling, whether it be through lyrics or bed time stories with my sisters. I wanted to be an actress growing up so I could live many roles but I learned early on that my mind was too active... I would want to change the script.I would watch films and think of ways they could of improved the story if they took another direction so i thought it best that i tell my own. My mum would always have a book in her hand when I was young and passed on her love for reading, inspiring me to venture into writing my own. I tend to have a darker edge to my writing. Not all love stories are made from light, some are created in darkness but are just as powerful and worth telling. When I'm not lost in the world of characters I love spending time with my family. I'm a mum and that comes first in my life but when I do get down time I love attending music concerts or reading events with my younger sister. You can find me on facebook where i love interacting with my readers.
